Introducing 2018 Discover the Unexpected alumna Ila Wilborn. Ila is a member of the 2019 graduating class of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Journalism. A member of the NABJ, Ila works behind the scenes as a content supervisor for her college newspaper, The Famuan, and works in front of the camera as an anchor with her college station, FAMU TV News 20. During her down time she loves graphic design, and is committed to serving her community as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Recently, Ila\u2019s exemplary work as an anchor was featured in the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Find out more details about Ila and her accomplishments in her recent article for the HBCU Times.
